In Fall 2017, the Knox County Regional Planning Commission’s Steering Committee is completing its re-write of the current comprehensive plan: Knox County Comprehensive Plan – 2012 Update  The Knox County Commissioners intend to adopt the new comprehensive plan in early 2018
